An adult Sunday School Class focussed on the "Simply in Season" cookbook was offered during the fall of 2007 at Zion Mennonite Church in Hubbard, Oregon. The class was organized and facilitated by Cynthia Hockman-Chupp.  The class was organized into topics with volunteers assigned to each topic as follows:
